HAPPY TAILS PET RETREAT

Happy Tails is the Cochrane Ecological Institute's social initiative. A dog and cat boarding facility, where all the boarding fees help wildlife in need! Truly one of a kind, both the CEI and Happy Tails are on our 140 acres of land. Happy Tails was established in 2006 and is owned and operated by Ken Weagle and Clio Smeeton, the Director and President of the CEI respectively. Both have over 50+ years of combined dog breeding and raising. Our staff all have experience caring for dogs and cats, and both staff and interns have a love for animals!
